Just Like Their Cousins!

Sully and Charlie love corn just like their cousins---Abby and Trevor. We just started giving Charlie the corn right on the cob and he goes to town!

Memorable Monday!

Last year, before the school year started, I took the boys up to Wisconsin to visit. It was also a chance for some people to meet Charlie for the first time. We hung out and Sully got to play with some of his friends from WI. We miss you guys!

Afternoon Fun!

We ran out to get some propane for the grill and happened upon this school playground on our way home. There were a few older kids there but other than that it was very quiet. Sully wanted to go down the slide with Charlie and is very good about watching out for him to make sure he's ok!

Neighborhood Carnival!

I noticed a little carnival nearby during my run this morning. Before dinner, we decided to check it out. There were quite a few rides for kids Sully's age. Andy, Charlie, and Sully went down the big slide together. Charlie really wanted to ride the rides with his big brother!

Making Cookies with Sully!

Sully and I made sugar cookies during Charlie's nap today. His friend Nathan came over this afternoon and the boys frosted their own cookies for a snack. They loved putting sprinkles on!

More Rain!

We went out to breakfast with my parents, Bec, O, and Alex this morning. It was a nice way to spend yet another rainy day. My dad took Sully across the street after breakfast to look at the construction that was going on. Sully loves to have an umbrella!

Day at the Zoo!

It was beautiful yesterday so we decided to go to the Zoo after nap time. This lion was still catching some z's!

Charlie loves to get out and walk. The hard part is to keep him holding one of our hands---he just wants to take off and run!

The boys were looking for the bears! It was an enjoyable afternoon.

Thanks for the Jammies Grammy!

Grammy bought the boys matching jammies. They have fire engines (or YaYa's as Charlie calls them) all over them. I was trying to take their picture together but that seems to be getting more and more difficult. I won't give up though!



I wanted to try and get a close-up of Charlie. I love those big, blue, expressive eyes!

Budding Photographer!

Sully continues to work on his photography skills. He took this photo of a huge sunflower that we saw on our walk today. He also took some cool pictures of himself!

Playdate!

We met a friend of Sully's from school and his 2-year old sister at the park this morning for a playdate. The boys had an awesome time running around, throwing the frisbee, kicking the ball, and getting soaked in the sprinkler!
