Birthday Weekend

The fun continues...

The ONE and only Charlie!

This picture really captures Charlie's mischievious side. We went out to Poppa and Gramma's today and he was getting into everything!


I picked up some cupcakes so we could celebrate Charlie's birthday. We are having family over to celebrate on Sunday.


He was a little unsure of all this gooey, sticky stuff!



Charlie was pretty excited about the toy we gave him---it's a helipad with some little vehicles.

Student of the Month

This is the letter that we received letting us know that Sully was selected as student of the month for November. We were invited to school for donuts and juice to celebrate.


I took pictures all morning. It is a proud moment to know that Sully is making good choices at school!



Sully and his friend Jordan were the 2 students from his class chosen. It was so cute to see the two of them chatting a breakfast and holding hands in the hall. They look so small compared to all the big kids in 8th grade! Sully has made some really nice friends at school!

Memorable Monday

We are quickly approaching Charlie's first birthday so I decided to go back one year for this Memorable Monday. My parents came to help out when Charlie was born. They did a great job of keeping Sully busy! They went to Zoo Lights and spent lots of time outdoors in the snow. Sully looked adorable in all of his snow gear!

Happy Thanksgiving!

The busy boys are actually napping before we head off to grammy and grampy's for a Thanksgiving feast. I wanted to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving. Hope everyone travels safely and enjoys this time with family and friends.

Hi Ho! Cherry O!

Sully is becoming quite a game player. He is a quick learner and always displays good sportsmanship. He loves to shake hands at the end and say, "Good game."

Sully's Swim Lessons

Sully has been taking swim lessons this fall. He loves the water and is really enjoying his lessons after a little bit of a rough start. This is his first time taking lessons without me in the water with him. At his first lesson, there were quite a few kids and he got splashed in the face. It scared him and he didn't want to go back. After some convincing, he did go back and he is becoming quite a swimmer. Now he looks forward to his lesson each week!

Charlie's First Haircut

Well, after some debate, we decided it was finally time to get Charlie's hair cut. I took him today while Sully was at school and he did such a great job. He even let them use the clippers!

The picture above is before the haircut. I should have taken a picture of the back. He has adorable curls but was getting a little shaggy.

Ta Da! You can tell he had a blast!

We're Back!!!

It's been a crazy week with sick children, work, an overnight conference and shuffling the boys around so that I could go to the conference. Andy has been great and a huge Thank You to Grammy, Grampy, Bec and Matt for helping out. It's great to have family so close!

More Disney Pictures

Some of our younger blog followers (Abby and Trevor) have requested more Disney pictures. I have included some of the character pictures that we took. We went to a character lunch with Winnie the Pooh and Friends. We were able to see many other characters during the parade.

"The Jungle Book" is one of Sully's favorite movies so it was a real treat to see Baloo.

This was taken at the character lunch. The characters walk around and stop at each table so you can take pictures.
