Rebecca and Matt welcomed their third child on August 9th!  Andy and I were lucky enough to visit on the day she was born.  The kids had to wait until she came home so they met their new cousin for the first time yesterday. Sully couldn't get enough of little Penelope!  He wanted to hold her and couldn't believe how soft her hair was and how tiny she was.  We were even able to get a picture of all the cousins together which can be near impossible these days.  It's an exciting time!
