Charlie was not happy about me taking a picture and was being very serious about his cartoon watching. The pillows are placed between the boys so that each of them has some personal space!
We went to the park this morning and Sully brought along his hockey stick and practice puck. There was a great area for him to practice his stick-handling with a little coaching from Andy.
Sorry for the late post but I have been having some blogging difficulties! These pictures were taken a couple of weeks ago. We went out to breakfast with my parents and then enjoyed some park time. My parents will be in Florida for about a month so we wanted to see them before the big trip.
This is the first week of park district programs for the spring session. It's nice to be on break so I can take the kids to all their activities. Charlie is attending a playschool class twice a week for an hour. Olivia is in his class too! He was very excited to take his new folder and show me his pictures after class!
I'm on spring break so Andy took a few days off as well. Sully has school so I dropped him off, ran some errands, did some shopping and then Charlie and I went out to lunch with Andy. We headed to a great little cafe nearby. It's so nice to go out to an early lunch during the week when it's not crowded.
We picked Sully up after school and played on the playground for about an hour. Sully was so busy running around that I couldn't get any pictures. After dinner, it was time for hockey. Here Sully is in his gear!
Yesterday was a lazy Sunday at our house! We all napped during rest time. I woke up to Sully tapping me on the arm and holding this sign that he made. It melts my heart!
It's been a while since I posted a "Memorable Monday" but I was looking through photos and videos and thought this one was adorable. It was taken March 14, 2009. Sully was 4 and Charlie was 15 months old. Enjoy!
We are having park withdrawl! Today Andy had to run into work and since it wasn't raining and it wasn't freezing, we took advantage of this awesome park by his office. It was some much needed outside play time. You can see that the boys had a blast running and climbing all over the place. Park season is upon us---yay!
The boys were decked out in green for the holiday and so was Jessica. She captured some photos for me. As you can see, she and the boys have some great times together just goofing around!
We decided we needed to have a little outing so we headed to the Children's Museum on Sunday morning. The fire station exhibit is always a hit and building is tons of fun. We had lunch at McDonald's before heading home for rest time. It was the perfect way to spend the morning.
It was a grilled cheese and fry night at our house. I snapped a couple of pics. It's been pretty busy around here but I will try to get better about posting. Have a great week!
Well, I have become pretty addicted to this blog thing. I try to post as often as possible and I check it all the time. Seriously, you should all try it. I love looking at other people's blogs to keep up with what's going on. Anyway, I encourage you to post comments as well. It's fun to see who's checking and I love reading the comments!
Memorable Mondays
It's always fun to take a look back so...I will be posting pictures on Mondays that are from the past. It may be barely past or way far back so keep checking to see what's new!
My Busy Boys
I thought this title was totally appropriate! My boys truly do keep me going---I can't imagine where they get that from! One of Sully's favorite things to ask me each morning is, "What are we doing today!"
